Rare Aloe Hybrids – Seed-Grown in Ventura, CA

Our Aloe hybrid collection showcases rare and unusual crosses grown in Ventura, California. Each plant is individually propagated by seed or mother plant by Thomas Baker-Rabe, Co-Owner of Plant Shop 805 and grower for over 25 years. From compact shrub aloes to towering tree forms, these hybrids highlight bold foliage, striking blooms, and one-of-a-kind variation.

As part of our ongoing Aloe breeding program, we work with species such as Aloe dawei, Aloe ngobitensis, Aloe rupestris, and Aloe exselsa to create new combinations that are both beautiful and resilient. Many of these plants display hybrid vigor, multi-stemmed growth, and seasonal flower shows that attract pollinators and collectors alike.
