Lelah is the oldest of the three siblings and contributes to operations from her home  base in Connecticut, where she tends her native pollinator garden and encourages her neighbors to turn their lawns into meadows. She is also an author of contemporary romance novels under two pen names and teaches writing and publishing classes at the Westport Writers’ Workshop in Westport, CT.

Thomas is an expert in desert tropical plants and has worked as a professional gardener and arborist since 2009. He has been hybridizing plants since 2020 focusing on the genus aloe and various cactus species. Formerly the cactus and succulent gardener at Montecito’s landmark Lotusland, he is a charter member of the Ventura Botanical Garden and a member of the Santa Barbara Cactus and Succulent Society. Thomas is the grower for Arch Rock Aloes.

Pippa is the "plant boss" at Plant Shop 805. She graduated from Women’s Economic Ventures SET program in 2019 and has combined a background in museum education, fine art, and entrepreneurship to create a rare and fun retail destination in Midtown Ventura. She is also a linocut printmaker and specializes in botanical prints. Her first job was working in a plant nursery in Sweden, Maine as a 12-year-old!
